I give my 5 start to doctor tristan he is the best doctor a ever seen in 19 years living in the Bronx he always worries about the patien pay good attention to your situation besides being a great doctor he is a great human being always take care in a very good way always make you feel better. And i remember one time asking him why he is such a good person beside being a doctor because i never see another doctor in the usa shaking hands with patients. And his answer made me trust him even more his answer was, because the only difference between me and you is that today you are in the patient shoes and im warning the doctor shoes we don’t know if tomorrow could be the opposite always treat everyone as an equal don’t matter who they are that’s why i respect doctor tristan since day one he should stay there for every if now that place will lose alot of patien he definitely an angel tace of him

The first part of this review is about the call center. I spent a full week trying to reschedule my appointment to an earlier time and was repeatedly told I would receive a callback. That callback never came. On the day of my appointment, I was told by another location that I could just arrive at the earlier time and be seen. I’m writing this while sitting in the waiting room. When I arrived, I was simply told to sign in and have a seat. No one asked what type of appointment I had or which doctor I was scheduled to see. After waiting 30 minutes without being called, I noticed another patient arrive and get asked which doctor they were seeing. They were seeing the same doctor as me but were directed to a different waiting area. When I asked the front desk about this, the receptionist was dismissive and rude, telling me it was “no big deal” because there was still one person ahead of me. I then moved to the correct area but now have an additional 30+ minute wait. Overall, this experience has been disorganized and frustrating. Completely unacceptable.
