I’ve started receiving primary care services here after Covid testing. My first time it was perfect because the office was right downstairs from my building. Since then my doctor has moved twice within a 5 block radius, not bad but not good for me. GYN appt was a nightmare as scheduled for a scrape, she was careless, made harsh comments and inflicted excruciating pain. The worst issue for me is not being able to contact the doctor after your visit. Something as simple as a prescription not being filled is a hassle. I’ve been transferred everywhere but the dental office that I was referred to. The referrals to different building is very inconvenient. Sadly they make sure that Im prescribed mental meds prioritized over life saving meds needed for respiratory every single day. Make it make sense, very unsatisfied with PCP and the system of Essen.

ESSEN workers at this urgent care need to all be replaced including the doctors! Hire ppl that actually care about the community and have high value, these low budget bottom of the bucket workers literally just show up for a pay check because they really don't care about their profession! Dr.T.Simmons lied about sending my prescription, I get to the pharmacy and NO prescription! I had to go back to urgent care all while I feel terrible and troopping through snow to find out where is my prescription, she comes out saying she decided to change the prescription! Before I left the first time I asked if my prescription was sent, she LIED and said yes, I don't know what her plans were because she could've called me and let me know she was going to make some changes instead of having me go back and forth! AND what would have happened if I didn't go back to inquire why my meds weren't sent? I would've been without meds till Monday due to her unprofessionalism and negligence! also she gets back from lunch and still had patients waiting till she was good and ready! There's no supervision, these doctors and workers at essen do whatever they want with no discipline! Just treat the community however which way they like with no consequences! Essen sucks and needs to be thoroughly investigated by the state!
