I visited this clinic once for lab testing, and the billed amount of $1,411.28 was correct. However, two additional charges of $212.00 each were submitted to my insurance without my consent, and I did not receive any services for these charges. I urge the clinic to review and correct these unauthorized charges promptly. Transparency and proper billing are very important.

If I know I would not go i got appointment I go all a way to there fill up paper then front desc said we don’t expect insurance other doctors office they will ask before getting appointment So rude I am talking asking they answering other phone
