My appointment was last week. The team was wonderful! I called and left a message that I was on the way. Although the lines were busy, they kindly texted a response to me. From the friendly front desk reception to the completion of the appointment, my experience was great. Natali was kind, considerate, and patient. I needed replacement tubing on one hearing aid. She took care of both of them and also checked my ears. I am truly appreciative, and I highly recommend Hear USA!

My experience with Dr. Jaron Thomas and the staff at the Upper East Side office on 5th Avenue was pleasant and professional. A major problem occurred at the Columbus Circle office with the ordering of one of my hearing aids that was lost. The issue was transferred to Dr. Thomas at the 5th Avenue office, and he proceeded to be very diligent and honest with how the problem was being resolved. I was able to pick up my long awaited replacement hearing aid last week. Their time and consideration was most appreciated. I would recommend the HearUSA office on the Upper East Side.
