First time client, making the appointment was easy and smooth. The office is clean and modern looking. Once i got there for my 4PM, i filled out some paper work on a tablet(tech savvy kinda place). At 4:10 they called me in for a hearing test(not why i was there but part of process). I’m thinking wow this was great, quick. Once the test was over i was advised to go back to the waiting room for the doctor to call me 😏🤨🧐. This is where i was thrown off. They made me wait for another hour and 10 minutes until they called me to see the doctor. 🤦🏻‍♂️ The doctor however was amazing. Dr Zalvan deserves 6 stars. Very knowledgeable, kind, and was able to resolve my issue right away. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Wait time of 50 minutes to be seen for 5 minutes is unacceptable. Someone also made an error on my chart and I was confused with another patient. Could not access my prescriptions due to that error. Top doctors or not - they do not value patients or respect their time.
