Made an appointment. Doctor and team were nice. Was told to call back and check on status of a serum. they will not answer the phone. I’ve tried several times. can’t get a response. so no idea what the status is. You’re better off going in person to speak to someone.

Good luck getting hold of someone. Been trying to call and no one picks up. I was told I can't come in for my first allergy injection if I'm sick. But their policy says if you cancel, you are charged $50. They don't have anyone answering the phone and I can't reschedule online... So annoying
