Their billing department will forward you straight to the collection agency, boldly claiming that they’ve sent you numerous bills and texts reminding you of your balance. When you try to contact them, you’ll experience every form of disrespect imaginable – from insulting your intelligence to being outright rude. This is a prime example of how a great business can suffer from unprofessional and unacceptable service. My advice: avoid this place like the PLAGUE!"
