My mental health has not been the best lately, and I have had more panic attacks than I'd like to admit the last few months. Coming here, I feel comfortable and understood and my anxiety has definitely decreased substantially since being treated here. I was reluctant to start medication, but everything was explained thoroughly and my provider took into account my concerns and made a treatment plan I was happy with. I'm thankful to have found Empire Psychiatry.

After I speak w/Maya (my therapist) I’m hopeful for the future. She’s amazing and so empathetic. She provides such intelligent insight as to my treatment and how to tailor it for situational as well as my long term needs. I was hesitant to speak to a therapist as I have tried in the past and I was constantly misdiagnosed and over medicated. I’m glad I reached out to Empire and found Maya. Her kindness and insight has aided me in taking life’s many obstacles head on. Pride aside, I’m glad I made that first call. Thank you, Empire, for helping me navigate this world. 😊
