Not professional at all. Appointment was at 12pm the doctor is no where near the office It's 1:26pm and there's like 10 people waiting since 12. The front desk asian lady has the worst customer service. Giving patients attitude and being extra rude. This place needs to start training their staff including the doctor to have some courtesy towards patients. If you dont want to serve people with respect I suggest to shut down your business. For those who wish to waste their time come right on to this place. I'm giving 1 star because there is no option to give negative star

I change doctor to this office looking for a better service. This was the worst experience ever. I made the wrong decision. I’m an older lady and this doctor made me wait 2 hours to see me because he wasn’t even in the office. Why make me an appointment if you not going to be in on time. This is not acceptable. They have no consideration with people time. I wish I can add negative stars or a big thumbs down. so disappointed.
