Empire Center For Special Surgery, Llc

I was having foot surgery at the Empire Center and from the moment I walked in the door at 6am, I was met by very friendly nice people. The first receptionist, named Christine was a pleasure to deal with and she had a welcoming smile. Then I went upstairs and met Annette, the nurse who did all my vitals and my needles. She was an absolute delight. Her bedside manner was the best. The upstairs receptionist Melissa was also welcoming. Amanda was a younger nurse working alongside Annette and teamwork is evident. Margaret is the nurse that bought to the surgical room, we laughed all the way. Last but not least is Daniella, the scrub tech. She also was very compassionate. In short, each and every person that I cam in contact with that day was full of compassion and really you can tell they love their job. I would 100% recommend the center and the people in it. As soon as I stepped foot inside this facility I knew I wouldn't want to leave. Had a small procedure here and the nurses were so compassionate from the lady at the front desk to nurses in recovery there isn't enough great things to say about them and the experience I had here. Of course with the care of my amazing doctor Alecia Giovinazzo, from day one she has been a godsend.The anesthesiologist was very professional and caring as well. The nurses in the OR ;I didnt get enough time to chit chat before they knocked me out but they were super sweet as well. I highly recommend this center and want to thank everyone for this pleasant experience.
