Terrible experience during a time of need. Waited two months for a medication I never received because they don’t know how to put in a prior authorization for a medication that isn’t the initial medication required in step therapy. Then I requested the medication needed to satisfy the step therapy requests and I had to wait until my follow up cardiology appointment to get results to them after explaining my heart is fine. A week and a half later, I gave them the results and heard nothing back from the provider. I requested a non-stimulant due to anxiety, not due to having heart problems. No evidence of heart issues but he refused to prescribe the proper medication. I get the results, and wait two days without a response. Not to mention I was paying for 18 pills at a time the same price I’d pay for 30 at a time but for some strange reason he only prescribed me 18 at a time. I’ve been trying to obtain my medication since 4/6/26. It has been extremely debilitating especially after Reagan Anusionwu said he’d “hold my hand” through the process. He only called or responded to texts when I said I’m moving on to another practice. The worst experience I’ve had with a psych provider thus far. I should’ve changed providers two months ago but I tried to give him a chance. Smh. The screenshots are just some examples. I’m literally begging for a medication while my insurance pays for our visits that were completely useless. Started with a new provider and in 1 visit, he found a solution for my issue. I dislike giving bad reviews because I hate to cause harm, but this process harmed me mentally: I had a mental breakdown because I feel like I’m having a hard time functioning on a daily basis and I don’t believe I was handled properly.
