Hi I was at the Dr department at emes optical with Dr Jeffrey Hillowitz I came for an appointment and he told me he would give me the eye mask with heat for free he told me not to order it and I waited 5 weeks for it and then I receive a call like 5 weeks later that's it's ready for pickup and I should come get it, when I arrive they are telling me that I need to pay $26 for it Very upsetting and frustrating experience. They were not honest at all. Lots of miscommunication.
