Had an appointment with Dr. Alfonso at 12:45. Did not get seen by him until 3:00 pm. The actual exam took less than 15 minutes. Had many questions and none were answered. After the exam he let the nurse know to communicate what I suppose was my diagnosis. Did not tell me what my diagnosis was just gave me medication to take with no explanation. He also ordered to draw blood But yet again did not explain what it was for. There is little to no communication throughout the office which for sure affects their time management. After the blood test I was told to wait for the nurse. At thos point i was still a bit hopeful she was going to explain what was happening. After 1 hour of waiting she told me to call back on Monday for my results. Going to look for another OBGYN to get my answers.
