I wanted to take a moment for a wonderful experience and provide feedback on my recent visit to Dr Collier Chan’s clinic . Overall, I had a positive experience and wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent care I received. He took the time to thoroughly understand my symptoms and clearly explain my treatment options. This made me feel as a valued patient and gave confidence in his expertise. I also wanted to commend the staff for her professionalism and friendliness. From the moment I walk in I was greeted with warm smile and made to feel comfortable. The doctor looks very strict and tough like an old school headmaster while listening to the patient as he doesn’t like to listen to if you are gonna tell him your multiple problems. He doesn’t like to prescribe me my required medication. He likes to prescribe me only suggestions. Upon several requests he prescribe medication for me. The doctor is not friendly and welcoming.
