I called the office today to have my husbands blood pressure medication refilled and I was told since he is currently in between getting new insurance he has to pay $30 just to have the office call in the prescription. Not to mention then having to pay out of pocket for the medication itself. That is absolutely absurd! Talk about greed! You would think being a medical provider help out your patient especially if you’re aware the medication is needed. I was baffled as to why wouldn’t the doctor give a few refills now it makes perfect sense! Everytime you need one and call if you have insurance they slap your insurance with a fee and if you don’t have insurance well cash it up! Time for a new doctor soon as the new insurance kicks in. What happened to doctors actually caring about their patients?

Dr. Huang is truly exceptional, and her office staff is just as incredible with their prompt responses. My wife recently noticed that her blood pressure has been consistently high over the past few weeks, and she is not currently on any antihypertensive medication. Today, she decided to email Dr. Huang’s office with her concerns, and within just a couple of hours, Dr. Huang herself called her. Her responsiveness and genuine care are truly impressive. She is the only doctor we can always rely on for quick and compassionate care. After more than 10 years as our PCP, she continues to provide outstanding medical support. Highly recommend!
