They attended to my very grouchy dad with professionalism, top-quality triage, punctual care, empathy, and genuine compassion. Within 24 hours, they connected him to a top-notch Northwell specialist who quickly built a plan to address the underlying condition. Without Elevated Primary Care, we would have never found such incredible specialized care. The amount of love, reassurance, and support they showed my entire family was beyond amazing. Their calm, clean, and welcoming environment made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable and safe. Emme and the MD are truly the future of healthcare.
