I went to Dr. Elena Feldman Somerset, NJ location and didn't received good service. Waited about two hrs. On top of this, Dr. Avani Siddhapura at this location didn't even give me proper prescription, she just given me simple print out which is illegal in NJ as per Costco. They didn't accept it. I called office and given them all the detail and fax number to Fax at Costco. They told me that office will call you also. Didn't received call all day. I called at the end of the business day, guy picked the phone and said, our fax machine is not working today therefore we can not fax it today. I am still waiting for prescription. Very poor service, not reliable. Please think twice when give that office call for eye exam or any other service. Make sure you have plenty of free time to sit there if you go there and ready to chase them also.
