Ive been with them since 2007. I've had no complains with their service. The receptionists, health care providers and therapists are very attentive to my needs. They all go above and beyond their duties to give excellent patient care. Fresia would always accommodate me with any legal concerns I have. Dulce is somebody I could call anytime and would stop what shes doing to give me the medical care that involves with my medical records that I need.

I am very thankful that I took the advice of a friend who also took therapy at Electrodiagnostics in the Bronx. The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. Update post therapy. I had no reference to base my experience on going here but from a friend's recommendation. Apparently, her experience and mine differed. I had the Covid-19 experience even after the pandemic was over. I had no improvement in my mobility or pain. I eventually had to go somewhere else because I was not getting better, and what a difference. I believe that if I had quality therapy when I was initially hurt, I would have recovered, but here I am still on the road to recovery. But thankfully, I'm on the recovering side finally. Due to the inappropriate therapy, I will probably never be back to what I was before getting hurt.
