For the past two years I have been seeing a doctor at this office. There has been an ongoing problem with Mary an employee whose responsibility it is to send prescriptions to be filled at pharmacies. On several occasions she did not send the authorizations leading to a problem getting timely refills. The latest incident involved the pharmacy needing an approval by my doctor to change the dosage because they had delivery issues. Mary did not answer my calls and did not tell the doctor I needed to talk to her. I ran out of the medicine. She lied to me and the doctor defended her and accused me of taking up too much of her time. Mary is a pathological liar who should be fired. I stopped going to this office because I no longer had any confidence in this doctor. I would not recommend going to this office.

I’ve now seen three different doctors from this practice since 2017. At one point, one of their stand-in doctors made me so uncomfortable I had to report it. On top of that, almost always do they forget to refill my prescription even after I call and remind them. There was a point on a holiday weekend where I spoke to two different people and left multiple voicemails and they still forgot and I was without meds for 5 days and I felt so ill. This office does NOT take mental health seriously, not to mention the side effects of no meds cold turkey. I also pay a $125 out of pocket fee for an average of a 5 minute conversation and they want to raise it to $175. Absolutely unacceptable!
