My appointment was 10:30am. It does not have much long wait. They called me around 10:45am. The whole experiment was fast and smooth. The provider answer all my questions and concerns. After ten days of treatment, my ear pain is gone now.

My experience was very disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the reception staff. Rather than being helpful, they seemed more focused on leaving for the day than assisting clients. Throughout the interaction, they kept checking the time, rushing the process, and repeatedly pressuring me to "make it quick." Instead of offering support or solutions, they kept telling me to reschedule my appointment—completely disregarding my time and the effort I made to be there. Their dismissive attitude made it clear that client service and respect were not priorities. This is definitely not the level of professionalism or care I expected.

Very unprofessional. When I made the appointment, I wanted them to verify that they took my insurance. They said they did. Rather than checking a week or even a day before my appointment, they wait for me to come in and then check and tell me my insurance is not accepted. Now I need to make a new appointment with another doctor and it's been several weeks already since I had issues with my ears. They also wanted $240 just to clean my ears after telling me my insurance was not accepted. All these Flushing doctors are only interested in money and not their patients. And their offices are run unprofessionally.

Had a 12:30 appointment, arrived as a new patient at 12:15 and wasn’t seen until 1:30. My ear wax cleaning took 2 minutes and was $190. Lady who helped me was very nice.
