Reviews vary depending on which building you live in. In 875: Cons: the elevators have been out of service multiple times, machines are out of service in the laundry room quite often, (which is an inconvenience because it only has 10 washers for 19 floors of tenants), and the gym is not being cleaned properly and machines have been down for months, things should be properly maintained to reflect +250 monthly increase in rent over the span of 4 years Pros: Lobby is cleaned daily, maintenance vacuums the hallways, security is quite attentive, majority apartments have a terrace. The office staff can be very laid back when its come to your concerns and requests and can have a negative/uncaring demeanor and attitude. I understand we're all human but you have applied to work certain tasks and duties, and the tenants pay rent.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years, the building is very clean and well maintained. The building is full of hardworking people, no loitering around the building. The elevators work great no issues. They have a service app to put in request for repairs and they show up every time to my request. They have gym in the building fee $8. Nice park next to the complex to enjoy anytime of the day. Parking is available inside the complex for a fee. Apartments are nice and spacious. No loud music from my experience. No loud noise issues, except sometimes when people play music in the park during summer time. Overall great complex especially in the Bronx.
