I have been going to WCHC for many years. All their staff is amazing! From their front personnel to their nurses and doctors, they are all extremely professional. Today I wanted to leave my review because positive reviews are the ones that are forgotten and never written. Cesar, Kelsey, Dolores, Bridgitte, and many more staff members, that deal with the patient intake, are all so patient and kind. They will always try to accommodate your needs. This is a great place to bring your family! They are amazing care givers!

Don’t go to Washington hospital ER. Smug receptionists and nurses. We were made to wait almost 1 1/2 hours in waiting room with a daughter in pain and crying while we watched many people leave the er. Unprofessional that a nurse couldn’t have least taken our daughter to a room so could have layed down in a bed. It is better to drive to U of I in Iowa City.
