I just had the most unprofesional experience. First time appointment rescheduled without notice on me updated my number. Second time rescheduled without notice I called before showing up to confirm only to be turned away. Third time rescheduled without noticed called to transfer care to another clinic. Manager calls to tell me that never happened and when I told her it has she says "why dont you access my chart" No accountability and was made aware by the other clinic that I had an appointment I was never made aware of and that my number was never updated. I have work I cant schedule a day off only to have to call in another day last minute due to changes made without notice. Always trusted Parkland with our care but with the unprofessional staff and recent news im reconsidering if I can continue to trust Parkland with such important care. Keep in mind im 6 months pregnant going on to 7 with severe nausea and not getting the proper prenatal care.

This is the second time I try to get shot records and they are always under staffed and say their is no nurse that is working to be able to print them out . How is this a clinic with no nurse ? How is it open ? And why can’t they print it out ? And no one replies on my chart either ? So where are the doctors and nurses and why are they not working ??
