I cannot say enough wonderful things about E. Tremont Dental. From the moment we walked in, the entire experience was exceptional. The receptionists, Mary and Linda, were incredibly kind, friendly, and informative. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made us feel welcome right away. My son is extremely anxious when it comes to dental visits, but Dr. Josen immediately put him at ease. He is so down-to-earth and has a remarkable way of speaking with children that helps them feel calm and comfortable. My son needed multiple teeth extracted under anesthesia, and as a parent, I was very nervous about the procedure. Both Dr. Josen and Mary took the time to thoroughly explain everything—from exactly what would happen during the procedure to insurance coverage and co-pays. I left the office feeling informed, reassured, and much calmer. By the day of the procedure, I was no longer nervous but confident in the treatment and care my son would receive. Before the procedure began, the team once again walked me through what was taking place, which helped me feel completely at ease. The level of compassion and communication from everyone at E. Tremont Dental is truly outstanding. What impressed me even more was that Dr. Josen personally called later that day to check on my son and see how he was doing. That extra level of care meant so much to our family. I highly recommend E. Tremont Dental to any parent, especially those with children who experience anxiety or fear about visiting the dentist. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for their patients are second to none.
