Very cold hearted place. My Father received inhumane treatment there. They allowed him to walk around with 40lbs of extra water weight for all of the months he was there. We complained about this but were ignored. There were no family meetings. No personal concern was ever extended to my Father. I think they see only the dollar signs attached to each case, not the human beings suffering from kidney failure. One day, my very friendly Father was making conversation with a nurse named Barbara during dialysis. He mentioned that he wanted to buy an investment property. In a rude and callous way she told him not to bother (insinuating he wouldn't live long enough) but instead should save his money to buy himself a kidney! Her comments were extremely hurtful to him. Unfortunately, we recently lost him. All we ever think of when we see that center is how upset he was for months after that comment (He just couldn't stop talking about it) and how uncomfortable he was from all of the water weight they failed to remove. I hate posting negative reviews, but feel compelled to warn others about this place. It truly is heartless. Trust me, the inconvenience of going elsewhere will be WELL worth it. It might even save your life!
