The eye doctor was good, quick, and very professional. The front staff was very rude and unprofessional. Every other customer was given priority over me (even those that walked in). I don't know if it was because I was the only non-Russian customer there. Very little input/recommendation for frames and lacking of options for lenses and protective coatings. The frame variety were not good and the quality of the lenses I got were bad. The lenses became scratched very easily.

I brought a prescription from a reputable eye clinic to get glasses covered by my insurance. However, my prescription was not accepted, and instead, the staff conducted a careless and superficial eye exam. The glasses they provided caused headaches, difficulty focusing, eye misalignment, dizziness, and overly sharp vision, making them unusable. As a result, my insurance was charged unnecessarily, my time was wasted. I had to purchase glasses matching my original prescription from another company, which resolved all these problems. I am extremely dissatisfied!
