I called the office to ask about insurance coverage and finding a pediatrician. The staff member I spoke with, Sam, was rude and unprofessional in his tone. Instead of providing clear assistance, he spoke in a dismissive and condescending way, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope the office improves communication with patients and new callers.

Dr. Marina Klotsman has been our family’s pediatrician for the past 11 years, caring for both of my daughters since they were babies. She has truly become such an important part of our lives. She’s not just a doctor — she’s someone who genuinely cares, listens with patience, and treats every child like her own. Over the years, she’s guided us through every milestone, big and small, with such warmth and compassion. She always takes her time, never rushes, and makes sure we fully understand everything.
