We decided to end services at this sensory gym because our experience did not meet expectations. Sessions consistently started late and ended early, and the therapist appeared disengaged, often checking her phone. While the gym describes its approach as “child-led,” in practice activities were very limited, and suggestions about my child’s sensory needs were met with resistance rather than collaboration. When I raised concerns about my child needing heavy work for regulation, the feedback was dismissive and came with attitude. We felt the program operated more like a high-volume early intervention business than a thoughtful, collaborative therapy environment. We found early intervention services elsewhere that prioritize professional preparation, parent collaboration, and individualized attention.

Dynamic solutions is incredible! We brought our son here when he was about 12 months for further support of his gross motor skills. We worked closely with Mirav who really got to understand the way our son learned and support him. She’s simply the best. In just a matter of a few weeks he gained so much confidence and now is running around everywhere. The environment is so warm and friendly and I feel lucky that we were able to go there for PT.
