I am a NY licensed clinical psychologist and have been a supervisor/consultant for Alessandra for over a year and I have directly viewed many of her sessions (with client permission). I highly recommend this talented and compassionate therapist! While already quite accomplished, she dedicates a great deal of time and energy continuing to learn and practice advanced psychotherapy skills. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals and she makes sure to tailor her interventions to best suit their unique needs. She is direct and challenging while simultaneously warm and empathic; a combination of qualities that makes for an excellent therapeutic relationship and outcome. Alessandra is also highly conscientious about ethical issues to keep her clients and their private information safe and secure. I also want to remind clients that leaving a review can put their confidentiality and relationship with the therapist at risk.
