Erin Dame, PA was very good. The office employees are so nice, helpful, compassionate, and friendly. I couldn’t do a television because I ddidnt know how. I went into the south office and Monica set it up for me in a quiet room and it went fine. I thought that was very kind of her. They were great. I felt so comfortable with Erin, her knowledge and expertise. We now have a plan and I’m excited about it.

I was referred here in early February for a sleep study. What followed were three months of delays, unanswered calls, and a prescription incorrectly configured for the machine I purchased. The timeline tells the story. Multiple weeks to schedule the initial screening. Several more weeks to schedule the at-home study. Three weeks to receive results. I was told I had severe sleep apnea, with my health at risk. The doctor said a technician would contact me within two to three weeks to help select a machine. When my insurance declined the claim, I heard nothing for a full month. The practice routes everything through a portal and text system that does not receive replies. They have a voice assistant that takes messages for which no one responds. Reaching a live person required eight to nine calls per day and was a matter of luck each time. When I finally reached someone, they promised to send the prescription so I could purchase a machine through an outside vendor. Three days passed. Eight to ten calls per day. No response. When I eventually reached someone again, the prescription they sent was configured incorrectly, and the machine settings were causing breathing problems during sleep. I left voicemails communicating this two weeks ago. No one has responded. I am sharing this because the clinical staff is not the problem. The operational capacity of this practice relative to its patient volume is the problem. People with serious sleep conditions cannot wait months for basic follow-through on treatment. If you are considering this practice, I would encourage you to ask specific questions about response times and how they handle insurance complications before committing to their process.
