Dr Young is a top surgeon foot and Ankle ,located in Queens flushing they are very professional I highly recommend them if you're looking for a professional doctor and staff.

Terrible experience. The staff is rude and doesn't communicate with each other. We had to wait at least 45 minutes before each appointment, and for each visit a different person came into the room and asked what we were there for. Do not go here if you have a busy schedule, they will waste your time. My boyfriend went to get a wart removed from his foot, and after the procedure the doctor told him to come back next week to have the stitches taken off. We came back a week later and had to wait an hour for the doctor to tell him to come back in two weeks to have them removed instead. The receptionist sent my boyfriend's medicine to the wrong pharmacy, sending it all the way to Jackson Heights instead of the pharmacy only a few blocks away, and I had to call the front desk to get it fixed. I don't know how they got it wrong, my boyfriend gave them the specific address and name. The stitches were poorly done as well, extremely painful to touch and falling apart during the time the doctor told my boyfriend to wait before he would remove them. We came back to have them removed again after the recommended wait time only for the doctor to refuse to take them out still, and being very rough with my boyfriend's stitches. In the end the stitches just fell out on their own, and my boyfriend cancelled what was supposed to be his final appointment. It took five appointments and hours of waiting time just to have one small wart removed and stitches put in during one session; the other appointments were absolute wastes of time. If you have to get foot surgery, save yourself the trouble and don't come here. *EDIT: just got a bill in the mail- they charged us for the WRONG INSURANCE when my boyfriend literally gave them his insurance card. I don't know how you mess that up.
