Dr. Li is one of the best family doctors in flushing! We recently switched over due to another doctor we had in flushing and they weren't attentive on my mother's TMJ discomfort. After a year of frustration with the previous doctor and no improvement. We decided to switch to a better doctor. This decision was the best decision ever. I found Dr. Li on Google and the rating does not lie. Her staff members were super welcoming and making the switch super easy with insurance. After our first initial chat with DR. Li. We knew she cared for my mother's TMJ discomfort. She and her staff members were on top of it trying to find what the root of the problem of my mother's TMJ. The only way to do that was to get an MRI ASAP. Previous clinics we went to they kept on saying we never got approved on the MRI and didn't tell us a reasoning. Which was super frustrating. It was only till Dr. Li and her staff were so involved and caring in the process of the MRI application that we finally got approved and went for the exam. Now we will be seeking a specialist with the MRI results. We are super thankful and blessed to have found DR. Li. Thank you everyone on the team for truly caring for my mother. It's very rare to have doctor and a clinc that just loves their work and their people! It really provides hope for people who have rare conditions. If you are looking for a new doctor!
