I've been living in nyc for 15 years and I can tell you finding good healthcare here is nearly impossible. Good Health has been a godsend. My doctor, Dr. Makisa is the best i've had and it's not even close. The office there are super responsive and reliable. If my dr. is out or I need immediate attention, I'm paired with another doc at the practice. It's happened twice and both times the doctors have been amazing. Dr. Shavulskiy and Dr. Aguilar were great. I've had to make somewhat urgent last minute requests and each time they are met with care and handled in a timely manner. The telehealth services offer a convenient and efficient way to schedule and attend appointments. Additionally, the front desk staff are courteous, responsive, and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this practice!
