The staff were all very friendly and approachable, so there's no need to be nervous. I didn't feel anything during the procedure, and I didn't feel uncomfortable afterward. The doctor answered all my questions. I would recommend them to friends.

First of all, Dr. Jing deserves praise for being so efficient. I saw the doctor on the first day, and by the next day, I was already scheduled for the endoscopy and colonoscopy. The doctor is also very straightforward. Secondly, my experience today was that the nurses were very nice and skilled. My veins are usually very difficult to draw blood from, but the nurse here managed to place the IV for anesthesia in just one try. After the procedure, water and small snacks were also provided.
