Dr. Timothy Robinson is an excellent doctor. I’ve been seeing him for over 25 years. However, since he’s joined NYP the reception area has taken a turn for the worse. They are rude and insensitive to customers. They scheduled and cancelled an appointment for me twice. The. I took a third appointment out of necessity. Not because it was convenient. I ended up getting there a little late for the third rescheduled appointment and the receptionist scolded me for being late. I was shocked and appalled that she would speak to me the way that she did.

The service is good, receptions are excellent. The doctor and his assistants are great. When you need a specialist, they can refer you to a good one. Overall, I give it a nine due to the fact that in order to see the doctor you gonna have to wait for a long time. But his care is very effective.
