I've been here her patient for 5 years but honestly it was more than I should've been. The office wasn't too far from home but that convenience didn't help much. Appointments were always behind schedule no matter how early you came, the actual appointment lasted maybe five minutes, the office also historically and repeatedly failed to renew daily and necessary medication for me (I've had many issues with the main receptionist about this) and they've even sent the medication to the wrong/previous insurance company. They definitely didn't understand the concept of home delivery pharmacy either. Besides being outdated, their attitude overall was poor. If you were not Russian, expect barriers. What upset me the most though was how the doctor failed to tell me about a more serious condition till nearly a year later. If you're looking for a PCP that has your best interest, look elsewhere.
