I did not get the opportunity to meet with the doctor however I had a very bad experience with front desk. my mother was assigned To doctor I called to schedule an appointment and want able to. since Insurance kicks in the 1st of the month and I was trying to schedule for the 29th of the this month, front desk refused to make an appointment because their system showed it will be in effect 3 months later. I knew that was impossible, she was probably doing something wrong. Anyways I called insurance as front desk advised. Insurance lady called with me on the line to let them know my mother has coverage. Informed the front desk they must look under member not provider anyways, the front desk was rude and was it willing to help and hung up. Insurance customer service called again and it went to voicemail/sounded busy.
