Doctor Rodionova is a great doctor with a wealth of experience and very thorough. The staff is good. Dr. Rodionova is very attentive and has been great to me. I have recommended to my mom who loves her, my daughter and her friends. A+ for me.

I am very dissatisfied with the health service in that office. Starting from the reception, they don't have normal communication at all, especially a girl with a headscarf (I apologize for identifying her like this, but I don't know her name). He has a very arrogant attitude towards patients, he never gives you an answer for what you ask there. Another concern is the delay they cause us. They make an appointment at X hours and take you in for a visit after 3, 4, 5 hours, leaving you waiting for a very long time, the patients are sick, they can hardly sit still, they didn't go there for fun. Another concern is taking blood, you go for a simple analysis and they take 8 bottles full of blood. What do they do with that blood, sell it? Because we did the analysis everywhere and they didn't take that much. My 8-year-old daughter passed out in that office, from receiving 8 bottles of blood. She is a child. She is physically weak and cannot handle so much. Blood loss. In my country, I worked in the Directorate of Public Health with 500 health personnel, and we have never had such problems. I know how the health system works very well, but here is a human massacre that they do to the patients. Very unhappy. I will urgently change the doctor.
