All of my 6 children have been seen here for about 17 years. It is a shame that such a caring informative doctor has the rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with! I do not know how someone so miserable was hired to sit at the front desk at a pediatric office and although multiple complaints have been made it is obvious the have all been disregarded. Looking at these reviews I can see I am not the only one who is disgusted with her horrible and attitude. I am a grandmother of 4 now and refuse to have my grandchildren seen at this office just because of her. The rest of staff is very pleasant so if you do decide to go to this office please be sure to go in the afternoon when she is not there.

A NASTY NASTY Young lady working in the front desk. Made an appointment for my son and was being so Rude over the phone.I really don’t know what’s wrong with her. I’ve been going there for years and ever since she started working there I gave her more than one chance,more than five chances and it’s really really not fair. I go there for my son and I don’t go there to get upset with anybody this shouldn’t be a problem just writing this gave me anxiety and I’m really upset that every time I go in I have to look at her and speak to her and all I get back is a nasty attitude from her..... it’s so sad.
