Dr. Michael Raffinan

Doctor raffinans great, but the front desk made six mistakes today. First, they mis-scheduled my annual checkup as something else, so they initially tried to charge me for it. Second, they didn’t inform me about the need to fast in advance. Third, they forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy and did not pick up my calls. Fourth, when they tried to send the prescription, they said they were having system wide issues, and hundreds of prescriptions weren’t going through. Fifth, when they did send the prescription, they sent it to a pharmacy that doesn’t exist. After 21 hours, they sent the prescription, but they didn’t notify me (after saying they would) till an hour and a half later

Dr. Raffinan, has been my doctor since 2020, and I can truly say he’s the best of the best. He listens deeply, understands everything I share, and treats me with so much care and respect. I never feel rushed, he takes his time, asks thoughtful questions, and always considers both physical and emotional aspects of my health. Having a doctor who actually sees you as a whole person is rare, and I’m beyond grateful to have found that in him. Highly recommend to anyone who wants real, compassionate care.

NP Tim Pierce from Dr. Raffinans office is awesome. Extremely knowledgable, very comfortable to talk to and 10/10 bedside manner. Can not recommend him enough. So grateful for him. The front desk staff is very helpful and kind too.

My appointment with Dr. Raffinan was smooth and helpful from check-in to check-out. His front desk are friendly, efficient. Dr. Raffinan was thorough, informative, and didn’t rush my physical appointment. My labs/xrays were processed within 24 hours and he sent me a message via the Healow app to communicate results, next steps. So happy to find a wonderful provider in NYC!

Dr. Raff is very empathetic. He also tries natural remedies like diet and exercise before prescriptions. His staff is amazing, especially Mialis, his assistant.
