When you visit Dr. Shah Alam's chamber, he gives excellent advice and explains the ways to stay healthy very clearly. The service there is also very good, and I have received treatment and recovered many times.

Extremely unprofessional and poorly handled experience. I am currently enrolled in a Class A CDL program and already held my CDL permit. Despite this, the examiner marked my DOT medical examiner card as “Non-CDL.” That alone makes no sense given my situation. To make it worse, they claimed I told them I only drive a box truck, which is inaccurate. The medical card was dated one day before my physical CDL permit was officially issued, meaning I already had my paper permit at the time of the exam. There is no logical reason I would have represented myself as non-CDL. When I pointed out their mistake, instead of correcting it, they told me I would need to pay out of pocket for a new exam to fix their error. No accountability, no professionalism, and no effort to resolve the issue properly. For anyone pursuing a CDL or needing a DOT physical: be very careful here. Mistakes like this can affect your license, employment, and time, and this office showed zero responsibility in correcting their own wrongdoing. I do not recommend doing business with them.

I had a great experience during my first visit to the clinic. The doctor was very professional, kind, and took the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the next steps for my care. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend this doctor to others looking for quality care.

Called first to confirm my report was ready. The receptionist said it without knowing my name. I asked how this was possible? She said my name wasn’t needed, it’s ready. When I arrived it was clearly not ready. As watched her gather the collection of papers that were my soon to be my report I asked if she was sure everything was there? She said that I should check ?? I was baffled. How would I know? Needless to say given the choice I would definitely go elsewhere.
