The doctor is excellent, I highly recommend, but the staff IT'S NOT: I want to complain about how unhappy and unfriendly the person who answers the phone is. She works with hatred. I had a problem due to the office's lack of attention; they entered the wrong code, and my insurance didn't cover it. Instead of resolving it, she told me to call the lab – pure laziness. The error came from the office, not the lab, and she, knowing this, told me to call the lab. She's just too lazy to do the bare minimum. She sits in her chair, procrastinating and failing to solve problems. IF YOU GO TO THIS DOCTOR, BE STRICT WITH THE STAFF IN FRONT DESK and make them work before you leave, because if you leave and try to resolve it by phone, you'll have a terrible time with someone who works with hatred and demotivation.
