Other than the a bout 1hr waiting time because there’s quite a few patients the times I’ve been to this place was awesome. The staff was kind and caring. It’s in queens so free street parking is everywhere. The appointment times are very flexible. The times I’ve been here they don’t take credit cards so have cash for your copay. But overall I have nothing negative to say and they took great care of me. Thanks all

I was referred to this doctor with lots of faith. I was seen by the doctor and he ordered some tests for my condition. After completing the test I received huge bill from the lab as it was denied by my insurance. Upon contacting insurance i was told that the CPT code that was entered is for experimental tests how ever if the doctor office provides the correct CPT code this can be covered. I provide doctor office this information and I was told to contact their billing office. Billing office was unable to understand as it seems like they were not trained to deal with this kind of situation. CPT code adjustment are very common in health care. I contact doctor office back multiple times, visited them in person and spoke to office secretary and provided all the bills i received. It's been 7 months and until now no resolution and I was given many excuses one after another. It's my very tiresome, frustrating and exhausting experience. The whole team should know how to deal with these kinds of situations in timely manner as they are practicing for years. I will not recommend anyone to go there and suffer like I did. I did not get diagnosed or received any treatment and on top of that all the things I had to go through.
