Dr. Daniel Perl

Today I had my first colonoscopy with Dr. Perl, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we began, he was comforting, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. At the end, he met with me personally to explain my results clearly and thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Perl as a gastroenterologist—truly the best doctor I’ve ever been to!

Highly recommend giving Dr. Daniel Perl a visit. He listens to your needs, presents an objective treatment, and will help you reach a solution.

Unfortunately, the worst billing department I have ever had the displeasure of trying to communicate with. I have reached out tens of times via email to check discrepancies between amounts I paid for outstanding bills and what billing office reports that I still owe. I have sent emails with screenshots, followed up via phone etc. However, not a single person has ever responded to my emails (although each representative I speak with promises that they will). I then still continue to receive calls about outstanding bills without any acknowledgement to the multiple emails and calls I've made asking for an accurate balance and the cycle continues. It has been months of this back and forth and at this point I have to think the incompetence is purposeful. Giving two stars because the doctor was nice, but I will never be back. I'm hoping that leaving this review will cause for their management to take notice because its borderline absurd at this point.

I met with Dr. Perl for the first time this week and had a great experience. He was attentive, thorough, kind, and he took time to explain complex aspects of digestion and answer all of my questions. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I understood everything. His staff was also attentive, friendly, and super efficient. I very much appreciate the level of care Dr. Perl and his office provides.

I had a great consultation visit with Dr. Perl. He was incredibly attentive and really focused on listening to me first, rather than immediately jumping to the lab test documents I brought in. I appreciated that he gave me his undivided attention and truly wanted to understand my concerns. After listening, he offered numerous solutions and resources to address my situation, such as an elimination diet proposal, suggesting I discontinue certain products I was using, and recommending bloodwork just to be safe. I left the appointment feeling confident in the care I received. I would highly recommend Dr. Perl to anyone looking for a thorough and considerate doctor.
