Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a great Endocrinologist? Dr. Buziashvili (Dr. Buzz) is phenomenal doctor. He is great at his craft, but he is also warm and kind. He takes his time with his patients. I have never known him to rush with anyone. I have been his patient for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with him. He has always kept me in great health. I have recommended many people to his office. I wouldn't go anywhere else

If I could give 0 out of 10 stars, I would. I waited a long time for this appointment, showed up expecting to see the doctor, and was told at the front desk that I supposedly had no appointment. Diana, who was working at the front desk, made the situation even worse with a cold, dismissive, and rude attitude instead of trying to understand what happened or help find a solution. What upset me even more was that Diana and the other person sitting next to her appeared to be giggling and acting amused while we were standing there confused and upset. Whether that was their intention or not, it felt disrespectful and unprofessional in that moment. Being treated like an inconvenience and basically pushed out of the office after waiting so long was unacceptable. Offering an appointment months later felt insulting rather than helpful. The doctor should know that the first impression of the office is not the medical care — it’s the front desk. Patients come stressed, worried, and trusting your office, and this is not how they should be treated. People working at the front desk should have professionalism, empathy, and respect for patients. If someone cannot treat people with kindness and professionalism, they should not be in a front desk position representing a medical office. I left feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and extremely disappointed.
