Dr Bryant Medical Practice Pc

I’ve been receiving primary care from Dr. K Bryant since 2022 & she is a great PCP for me, she explains everything really well and clearly. The Office has followed up with me regularly over phone. Today the Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist Mr Jahson did my blood work really quick and in one attempt. Thanks to the team of Dr Bryant Medical Office.

I’ve been a patient here for years and Dr Bryant was absolutely amazing when she was actually in the office seeing patients. I was told she moved back to her country Jamaica. I haven’t seen the Dr in years and just keep seeing what I believe are student NPs, I don’t think they have a proper medical background because they ask me questions as if I’m the doctor. I don’t recommend this office anymore because it is being ran like a joke. They sent me a bill in the mail saying my account is due when I already paid that bill in person the same day I was seen so keep your receipts if you plan to continue at this practice. Then they made a minor billing error and been giving me the run around for TWO months that it will get resolved and still not resolved which can negatively impact my credit score if it goes into collections. Also current patients make sure you aren’t getting charged for tests that were not performed because this office thought it’ll fall off but Quest will still charge you and your insurance if the office marks the test down in your lab order. If I can save anyone time and stress I highly suggest not to go there.
