The front desk staff her is amazing. They’re so helpful and welcoming. Strongly recommend getting seen by a doctor here. The physical therapist Abby is awesome. She’s so good at what she does and makes you feel very comfortable (while challenging your muscles and mobility of course lol). Also the trigger point injections are magic. Really happy they provide them, and that they take such a healthy approach to healing your body.

I got trigger shot injections. I have tried several pain management clinics and it was a struggle to find one that actually listens to your problems and provide options rather than just blindly give you injections. We talked about exercises that can help and looked at my MRI scans together to teach me what is actually happening with my body. The physicians there are wonderful and friendly. Even with a busy day, they will still take the time to chat with you until you feel ready. Especially... for those who are often confused about charges and insurance payment, Sharon from the claims department is the best to work with. She is a delight and with that, I;'d say so far, Downtown Pain Physicians has the best overall team I've worked with.

Always a great experience visiting Dr. Raval. Knowledgeable, interpersonal and precise with information. He is also very well connected, and has referred me to several specialists that have helped me a great deal. I found this place when I was experiencing knee pain, Raval did an evaluation and it was diagnosed that I had torn my menisci. He referred me to a specialist and i was walking within 30 minutes of the surgery. I’ve been here for follow ups, as well as nerve tests. Dr. Patel and Rashid are amazing. They are on the physical therapy/recovery side of the business and I don’t see myself leaving for another practice anytime soon. We’ve established a trusting relationship that’s been very productive to my health in the last 8 months. Regardless of the pain, they have all the different workouts to subdue the pain, and have me feeling better. They listen, they give opinions and different routes to take on the process. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better group of doctors to be signed under. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Dr Raval is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to discuss different options to meet his patients' needs. I was able to enjoy my daughter’s wedding in May and dance the night away.

One-Month Progress Review — Will Update I’ve been coming here for about a month now, and so far it’s been a five-star experience. The place looks great — modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff is always friendly, professional, and makes every visit feel comfortable. I probably have several more months to go, so I’ll be updating this review as my treatment continues. For now, I can confidently say this has been a very positive experience, and I’m glad I chose this place.
