Dr. Schwartz is a kind and helpful doctor. The rating should be based solely on him. I would give this doctor a four or five star. One-star rating on the workers at the Front Desk. I have no idea what’s going on with them but it’s a job. no matter how busy you are, you get the job done. I contacted them about a week ago about an injury that I had that I re-injured and needed an appointment. They still haven’t responded to me. This is not the first time, it happened countless times. I had to contact my Worker’s Comp. lawyer to get an appointment because the front desk workers kept ignoring me. Whenever I need a letter from them for work, they make it extremely difficult for me. For these reasons, I will take away star from his rating because the front desk staff deserve one star.
