I've been a patient of Dr. Marks basically since I moved into the city in 2001. Quick context: I don't remember much but my grandfather was (apparently) a very famous dentist (and Professor) in Long Island. So much so that (some) dentists in this area had him in class. Ha! (Plus. . .I have zero cavities!) Yay me. "Hi Grandpa!" "Brush your teeth right now." All. The. Time. (Not kidding. He was "challenging.") All this is to say, I know a good dentist when I meet one, and Doc is fantastic. Really thorough. Takes his time. Super friendly. Great chair-side manner. He's been doing this for (I think) nearly 40 years. His office is always busy. . and there's clearly a reason for that. He's also very cognizant of saving you money, finances, insurance etc. The entire staff, frankly, is awesome. Nicole is hilarious, super friendly, and a rock star hygienist. Great touch as well. And Zsane runs the place like a tight ship. Further, as I'm writing this at the end of May, the entire place just got a massive upgrade. New lobby, freshly painted, new equipment, new everything basically. Doc inherited a rather dated office post-COVID because he had to move, and it felt as such. Not anymore. It's really night and day. Let's face it. . .nobody "loves" going to the dentist (or doctor!) But it's super necessary, and if you're going to do it. . .go to Dr. Marks and his team.
