We used to go here many years ago and the place was fine. However, the last time I went, the staff was rude, disorganized, couldn't be bothered to acknowledge customers...the worst. And somehow, they were still better than the doctor! She breezed in, apparently fresh off her lunch break sucking on an iced coffee, not a care in the world, despite the fact that I'd been sitting there for the better part of an hour waiting for her. I had come for an eye exam because I needed glasses (duh) and she basically said "you're not wearing glasses now, so why bother?" and I walked out without an eye exam. Turns out, I needed trifocals, so...really? Plus, since I had so much time to sit and wait, I checked out their selection of glasses available for my service provider. The selection was such garbage I thought she was having a laugh, but she was serious. The tray she handed me was about 10 pairs of the ugliest, cheesiest, cheapest glasses I've ever seen! I guess the idea is to make you buy a pair of nicer glasses, but the selection is small, even for the expensive glasses. Don't waste your time going here! Seriously. And don't give them your phone number because they will call you again and again, even though you tell them you're not going back. Maybe they should put that same effort into being a better shop.

I cannot say anything positive about this place. Everything about them is shady and they’re completely unorganized. Firstly, they said different prices for the basic exams + prescriptions; when I hesitated and was about to leave, the manager (?) said a lower price—which was still quite high given that the entire exam took about 5-10 mins tops. The doctor rushed in, never looked me in the eye when he talked to me, treated me like if he was doing a favor by examining me. He was impatient, negligent and inattentive. On top of everything, he misdiagnosed me. He gave me a prescription for new glasses—I needed new ones to see better—that was COMPLETELY different from the ones I’m currently wearing but he’s the doctor so how should I have known that it wasn’t going to work?? I had the new glasses made at a different shop—I asked them first how much it would cost to replace only the lenses WITHOUT new frames and they said $220!! they overcharge for everything—and I can’t use the glasses at all! I feel dizzy, I feel like I’m looking through magnifying glasses all the time; absolutely terrible. I went back to them to complain and they checked the glasses and they were correctly made so the prescription was faulty but they wouldn’t admit it and they refused to give a refund. I flushed down the toilet $125 for the exam and $100 for the glasses that I cannot use, thanks to them! Oh and they come up with all the excuses in the world and twist everything and eventually they made ME the culprit... Terrible place, I’ll never recommend them to anyone.
